As a laboratory technician in the field, your responsibility is to organize all laboratory activity in a medical project. You train local personnel in sampling, analysis and quality assurance.
Once you have gained field experience, you can also be given responsibility for evaluation and service training.
- Education as a biomedical analyst
- Knowledge of tropical diseases
- Professional experience in a European laboratory, preferably in low-income regions with parasitology
- Organizational and teaching skills
